For 46 years Wally’s Burgers on Kingsway was a Vancouver landmark. A local hang out where hot-rodders met to show off their cars and gather with friends to chow down on burgers covered in the famous Wally’s sauce, fries, rings and super delicious milkshakes all made according to the exacting standards of the founder Wally Stritzel.
Today
The Kingsway location was closed in 2008 and our family re-opened in 2010 at 49th and Elliot in the Killarney Center, and at Cates Park (2009) in North Vancouver (May to September). Today, everything is cooked to order. Using only fresh local ingredients in the preparation of our burgers we strive to deliver the same delicious burgers Wally’s has served for over 50-years. Unheard of today, we have a local butcher who prepares our patties along with a local baker who bakes our buns fresh every day. We are proud to be an independent family owned and operated burger house and we hope you and your family will enjoy our food each and every visit.
